What practitioners say

Tested by people who have built this before

Having spent years working on Identity Resolution at massive scale during my time at eBay and Twitter, I know firsthand that the biggest bottleneck isn't just the matching logic — it's actually doing it in real-time at scale to power critical use cases like fraud detection, anti-money-laundering and advertising.

I was able to download the package, configure a profile, execute the identity resolution logic, and fully visualize the dataset within minutes. The venn diagrams are incredibly cool — showing the exact overlap across multiple datasets instantly.

If you're dealing with entity resolution, fraud detection or data quality challenges, I highly recommend downloading their evaluation studio and giving it a spin.

Identity Resolution at scale — previously eBay and Twitter

I recently found a very good solution on the market, and I was surprised by something that, as far as I know, few tools deliver: speed without needing an enormous infrastructure.

I ran a test with Tilores and got a great result. It was also very easy to use. I downloaded it free onto my computer, loaded the database I wanted to find duplicates in, and got an excellent result within a few minutes.

What's included

Everything you need to evaluate entity resolution

Tilores Studio ships with two pre-configured use cases and sample data — first matched entities in under 10 minutes.

100k
100,000 records locally

Ingest up to 100,000 records per local deployment — enough for a meaningful proof of concept on real data.

Real-time matching

The same lightning fast matching engine that powers the cloud product runs locally in Studio.

Sample datasets

Pre-built CSV datasets for persons and companies so you can explore matching behaviour immediately.

Local or connected

Evaluate locally. Then run production from the same window.

Tilores Studio isn't a throwaway trial. Connect it to a Tilores Cloud deployment and the tool you evaluated with becomes the interface you operate with.

FAQ

Before you download

Is Tilores Studio really free?

Yes. Running Studio locally is free — no payment, no credit card and no licence key. Local mode is capped at 100,000 records per deployment; connecting Studio to a Tilores Cloud deployment requires a cloud plan.

Does my data leave my machine?

No. Studio runs entirely on your own computer and stores everything locally. You can load real customer records without sending them to us or to any cloud service.

Do I need an account or a licence key?

No. Download the build for your operating system and run it. We ask for your email so we can send you the setup guide and Studio updates — there is nothing to activate.

How is Studio different from the cloud product?

They are not alternatives. Studio is the interface; the cloud product is the production deployment behind it. Run Studio on its own and it works locally against up to 100,000 records, free. Point that same Studio install at a Tilores Cloud deployment and it becomes the UI for production-scale entity resolution — running in our AWS environment, in your own AWS account, on another cloud, or on-premise.

Can we run Tilores in our own environment rather than yours?

Yes. Tilores is AWS-native by default and infrastructure-agnostic by design. Most customers run it managed in our AWS account because it is the easiest path. You can also run it inside your own AWS account, on another cloud, or on-premise. The engine depends on three generic components - a key-value store, a queue, and file storage - so it runs on whatever products already fill those roles in your estate. Same engine, same matching rules, same GraphQL API.

Does my evaluation work carry over to production?

Yes. The matching rules and configuration you build during evaluation, the GraphQL API you query, and the interface itself are all the same in local and connected mode. There is no migration step and nothing to relearn — you connect Studio to your cloud deployment and carry on.

From evaluation to production

Nothing you build here gets thrown away

Local mode is capped at 100,000 records so you can evaluate risk-free. When you're ready for production, connect the same Studio install to a Tilores Cloud deployment — in our AWS environment, your own cloud, or your own data centre. Same interface, same matching rules, same API. No migration, nothing to relearn.
