Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tilores platform and API operated by Tilo Tech GmbH.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tilores, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Tilores provides entity resolution as a service via API. We process customer data you submit to identify, match, and deduplicate records.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to Tilores. We process your data solely to provide the service. We don't sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Tilores for illegal purposes, to process data without proper consent, or in ways that violate applicable data protection laws.

6. Service Level

We target 99.9% API uptime for Growth and Enterprise plans. Specific SLAs are defined in your service agreement.

7. Liability

Tilores is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legal retention requirements apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
